The Contemporary Design Department of the Museum of Applied Arts, Budapest initiated the Collec_Think Tank series in 2018. The event gives opportunity to design experts of the former Eastern Bloc to deliver presentations about the design of their country and recommend pieces for the museum's collection. In 2018 we focused on Polish design, while in 2022 we will talk about Czech and Slovak design with Czech and Slovak museologists and design theoreticians.
