Birthday programme for 8-14 year olds
Celebrate your birthday at the Ráth György Villa, where you and your friends can try how an interior designer works!
During the programme, you'll first get inspired by walking around the museum like a real interior designer. We will turn the clock back 120 years, as if we were children living back then, walk through the rooms of the Ráth György villa, see Art Nouveau furnitures, ornaments, sculptures and learn the tricks of interior design through exciting games.
Then we arrive at the "interior design studio", where you'll furnish a mini-dining room, living room, bedroom and study with classic and modern furniture.
After the interior design, each participant will be able to create a picture frame in which a picture of their birthday together can be placed as a keepsake. At the end of the programme, there will be a birthday celebration, a cake and a gift-giving ceremony.
Optional dates:
Birthdays can be held on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00-13:00 or 15:00-17:00.
Duration of the programme: 2 hours
Number of participants: minimum 8-10, maximum 15 (the programme can be run with fewer participants, in which case a minimum of 10 must be paid)
Programme fee: the birthday party costs 2.000 HUF/person, which can be paid at the cash desk on site before the start.

Parents of the celebrant are asked to provide the cake and refreshments, as well as paper plates, cups and cutlery, and to arrive half an hour before the start time.
